Michelle LaPointe, associate media director
AVON, Conn., January 20, 2014 - Integrated marketing communications firm Mintz + Hoke announces that Michelle LaPointe has been promoted to associate media director from senior media buyer. She reports to Sara-Beth Donovan, SVP, media.
In her new role, LaPointe is developing media strategies and plans for both Mintz + Hoke Media Only and Mintz + Hoke clients, including Mohegan Sun, Hartford HealthCare, St. Vincent’s Medical Center and Quinnipiac University. She also is responsible for managing the media team for Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs.
LaPointe joined Mintz + Hoke in 2005 as media buyer. Prior to joining the agency, she served as media buyer at LCI McCann-Erikson in New York City.
A graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, LaPointe holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration. She is an active member of the Advertising Club of Connecticut and is a volunteer at the Durham Fair assisting with marketing and advertising for the annual event.
