Mintz + Hoke Promotes Caitlyn Wells to Account Supervisor

AVON, Conn. (Feb. 5, 2025) — Mintz + Hoke, New England’s Immersively Different brand-building advertising agency, is pleased to announce the promotion of Caitlyn Wells from Senior Account Executive to Account Supervisor.

In her new role, Caitlyn will serve as the primary point of contact for her clients, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships. She will continue to ensure strategic alignment between agency deliverables and client business goals.

Caitlyn lives in Farmington with her husband, Shaun, and their son, Rhett, who is Bluey’s number one fan. They are a Disney family through and through, jetting off to Orlando, FL to enjoy the sun and warmth whenever they can. When she’s not working or traipsing around Disney, she’s spending quality time in the kitchen baking delectable desserts with Rhett.  

Caitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UConn.
