Mintz + Hoke Promotes Dani Battaglia to Senior Art Director
AVON, Conn. (April 16, 2025) — Mintz + Hoke, New England’s Immersively Different brand-building advertising agency, is pleased to announce the promotion of Dani Battaglia from Art Director to Senior Art Director.
“Dani is almost comically deserving of this promotion. There’s no part of her job she doesn’t excel at,” said Sean Crane, Chief Creative Officer. “In addition, she’s the consummate co-worker and friend to all. One of the easiest promotions I ever made.”

Dani is the personification of a creative. Her ability to push things one step further to showcase the humanity behind a brand is unmatched—and it shows in her award-winning designs.
“Ever since I started working at Mintz + Hoke, it truly has been all about the people. Everyone I work with is inspiring, hardworking, and creative. I’m grateful to be surrounded by so many awesome people who want to see you succeed and grow.”
Dani and her boyfriend, Kyle, recently moved to West Hartford and are hoping to welcome a puppy home in the next few months! Dani loves to create in every sense of the word. Even when she’s not working, she has some type of project going on at home. From knitting her emotional support chickens (ask her about them—they’re super cute) and painting to reading and baking for her family and friends, she’s always whipping up something great.
Dani holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications from the Hartford Art School at the University of Hartford.
