Mintz + Hoke Promotes Stephanie Clason to Operations + People Lead

AVON, Conn. (Nov. 12, 2024) — Mintz + Hoke, an Immersively Different New England advertising agency in the business of building brands since 1971, has promoted Stephanie (Steph) Clason from Executive Assistant to the CEO and Coordinator of Business Development to Operations + People Lead.

“Every once in a blue moon, you come across someone who you know you need on your team. They are exceptional in pretty much everything they do. You think about how lucky we are to have her on our team and how fun it is to watch them grow as a colleague,” said Ron Perine, Managing Principal and CEO. “Stephanie is one of those people and we are so thankful to have her on our team. We are excited to see how she leads the operations and our people moving forward. Congrats, Steph! Very well deserved!”

Steph is truly for the people. There is not one person in the agency she hasn’t helped in a time of need—even if that need was just a good laugh. In her new role as the Operations + People Lead, Steph owns the bird’s eye view of what is happening with all practices. She also manages business growth opportunities across the agency and focuses on many operational aspects that are related to technology, human capital and operational effectiveness.

“Mintz + Hoke is more than just a job for me, it’s truly a place I call home. The support and guidance I have received from so many people here is something I will always and forever be grateful for! Being able to fulfill the role of Operations + People Lead is a true honor.”

Steph lives with her two sons in Needham, MA, and is actively searching for the next place to call home. As a mom to two very active boys, Steph spends the bulk of her free time as their number-one cheerleader at various sports practices and games. But before the boys are up for the day, she makes a point to take some time for herself and go on an early morning run.

Steph holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Lehigh University.
