Mintz + Hoke promotes three employees

AVON, Connecticut — (January 19, 2021) — Mintz + Hoke, an advertising agency in business to help clients win their most difficult marketing battles using media, strategy, advertising, digital, design, PR and more, is proud to announce the following promotions.

• Ben Cadwell of West Hartford, Conn., has been promoted from Account Supervisor to Account Director on the agency’s account service team. Cadwell joined the agency in 2013. This is his fourth promotion in his tenure with the agency. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western New England University.
  
  
• Meghan Kane of Canton, Conn., has been promoted from Media Assistant to Media Planner/Buyer on the agency’s Media Only team. Kane’s responsibilities include developing client plans and scheduling broadcast buys. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Fordham University.
  
  
• Carla Gonzalez of Middletown, Conn., has been promoted from Copywriter to Associate Creative Director on the agency’s creative team. Her new responsibilities will include creative idea development, campaign message and tactical concepting, copywriting, acting as team lead in some instances, project oversight in other instances and assisting in strategy development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Master of Arts in Education from the University of Connecticut.
