Mintz + Hoke is seeking an experienced, strategic Account Supervisor who is ready to take the next step in their career with a collaborative, growing B2B marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering closely with clients, uncovering meaningful audience insights, shaping strategic direction, and guiding integrated marketing initiatives from concept through execution.
As an Account Supervisor, you'll lead client strategy by developing a deep understanding of audiences, business objectives, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. You'll translate those insights into compelling messaging, creative direction, and actionable marketing plans while building consensus among client stakeholders. Working alongside junior account team members and cross-functional experts in PR, media, digital, and creative, you'll ensure strategic vision is carried through every stage of execution to deliver impactful, measurable results.
